  1. I have tried the same thing . I was told that I have to get the felony removed B 4 I could do the paperwork . You can have it removed after some time . In my case its 3 years (ends Jan09).  


  2. It can be done but if the felony involved any offense against children it will be used against you in an adoption.

    Have the record expunged then it can not be used against you in an adoption.

  4. No.  You wont be able to adopt unless your husband can get his record expunged.  (Removed, as the answerer above me posted.)  If it's something he can't get expunged, then you most likely wont be able to adopt.
