My husband brother is coming for dinner so they can his meet is new girlfriend but

what should i talk about with here and what to make for her?

who is "they"? Ask your brother-in-law what she likes to eat. Just ask "get to know you" questions like where did you grow up, where do you work and random stuff like that.

just being really friendly and dont judge from first meeting.. she is probably going to be very nervous meeting all these new people.

just keep the questions pretty simple until she warms up to you.. and even invite her around maybe for a girly sort of event of lunch that will make her feel more welcome.

and for dinner.. just make a variety of foods or maybe just get your husband to ask his brother what she likes in case she is a vegetarian that way you can have a dish prepared..

  Just  be  friendly. She  may be  shy at  first.  Ask  brother  questions whats  new, about  work,  where they live.  Things  will flow  from there.  

As  for  menu, don"t   go to over  board  but  try  a  variety as  you don't  know  her  taste.  Such  as  if  she can or  cant   have  milk products.  If  get  a  chance  to  ask  brother  ahead  time  would  help.   Just  be  honest and  say "I hope  this is  enough as  I wasn't  sure your  taste."   Such  as  if  the  men  want  spicy  put  spicy seasons/ sauce  out  for  them,  Leave  onions  out  potato  salad  and  provide on  a  side  dish.  Or  make  mash  potatoes  without  salt  and  say" everyone  season  the  way you like."   If planning  dessert you can  do pound  cake  and  ice cream or  strawberries.   Good Luck
