  1. it not unhealthy...but if this is happenig he nds to cut down.

    drink water

    eat fresh fruits

    food with fibre

  2. If he is having severe heartburn, acid reflux, he is on his way to having a Hiatus Hernia.

    That is a real problem.

  3. i would assume its safe, people of ethnic origin have been eating like this for ages, and if anything he would be using the bathroom like there is no tomorrow  because thats how i feel when  i eat  spicy food.

  4. It is not good to eat lot of spicy and chillified food. it causes piles and constipation. Change the diet to fibre rich, non spicy food like soup, salad, vegetables, fruits etc. It willimprove his health. Avoid hard drinks if he is taking.

  5. In my opinion a lot of ' anything ' is a bad idea ,  he will do well to reduce his intake of chillies & work healthy elements into his diet like fruit , greens ,vegetables ,yogurt & foods rich in fibre.Milk & milk products are generally accepted as being foods that counter ill effects of chillies & other spices.

I come from India where chillies are grown & eaten in abundance, some regions really go overboard, here even children soon adapt to spicy food .Those used to chiilies do consume a lot ,but they also round off a meal with a good serving of fresh home made yogurt .

gastro -intestinal disturbance could be the bell of caution, adjustments in diet must first be tried, failing improvment medical advice should be sought .

  6. That sounds like a problem he should be asking the Doctor about.

  7. Yes it can cause problems such as flatulence, heartburn and the bloating along with possible diarrhea. You would think that the spicy chili would cause him to run to the bathroom! Too much spice can be bad for you and even lead to high blood pressure and sweating. I wouldn't want to be his stomach! Ulcers down the road could also be problematic. I really don't know how people can eat that spicy stuff. I'd be burning from top to bottom. Too much of a "good thing". I'm glad I don't have to sleep with him....LOL

  8. Is he trying to lose weight??

  9. It might be a good idea to get him some fruit. Raisins are good and plenty of water.

  10. it could be somewhat unhealthy. his body will get used to it eventually

  11. no.  not drinking enough water or eating enough fiber will do that.

  12. really spicy foods are not good for your brain.

he better reduce those spicy foods.

  13. Keep all the windows open don't light any matches.
