My husband got rejected on f2 visa twice n he is applying again so what is d best way?

i am on student visa n my husband did apply for dependent visa twice n he got rejected he is applying again n he is not given ne reason 1st time n second time they gave reason that " u are not able to pay both of your expenses ." so i need some tips so that he can get visa this time

Well, the best tip is to show that you can pay to support him in the US. How you do that is up to you. The school establishes an estimate of how much it will cost the 2 of you to live in the US. Remember, he won't be able to work at all, and you can only work part-time.  So, if you can't show that you already have sufficient funds to support him, they have to turn him down, which they have done twice now. If your husband doesn't have anything new to show to the interviewing officer, he'll just be wasting his time and money.
