My husband had a late night?

Question

My husband loves to drink but he doesn't go often. THe last week he went out about 3 nights. But I know all the people he is getting out with. one week before he told me that he will get out with 'Caroline' on last friday, a workmate from his last job who helped me for my residence and is single. The point is that the first time that they went out he came around 8 pm which is not bad. But this last friday (their second time) he came around 1 pm drunk but he was ok. I dont understand that things, He is australian and maybe in his culture the things are different than in my one. Im latin american. Like it was late, I called both of them and tell them that he doesn't need to come late as Im 38 weeks pregnant. I know that he doesn't like when he is drinking and I call him but otherwise he will come drunk and I don't like it. What do you think? is that normal that he stays until late with a single girl?? He told me that she is english and they drink a lot . What do you think?

I would never allow that to happen, especially if they are drinking as you never know what that could lead to.

If they are just so called "friends" then they can drink at your house where you can monitor everything and be a part of it, even though you cant drink with them.  

I would never let my hubby do that and he wouldnt want to do that anyway..

I wouldnt want my fiance going out with any single girls, drunk or not... Your 38 weeks pregnant and he needs to be at home with you! What would he do if you went into labor and he was so drunk at the hospital that they didn't allow him in the delivery room? I would put a stop to this as soon as you can, theres no reason your husband should be going out with another single girl to drink, thats just asking for trouble!

Sounds like excuses he is giving you, to make it ok that he is "hanging out" with a single girl. He shouldn't be going out without you with another woman at all, let alone when you are pregnant. Sorry, wouldn't be ok for MY husband to be out with another woman without me. He would never even want to though. I think you have something to be worried about. This situation is not appropriate, and the excuse that "she's English so she drinks a lot" is a load of c**p, why can't she go drink with other single people?!?!?!

THAT IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE

HE SHOULD DRINK AT HOME AND STAY WITH YOU

..

OR START TO GO OUT WITH HIM

YOU CAN DRINK WATER OR JUICE AND SEE HOW THESE MEETINGS GO WITH THIS "SINGLE WOMAN"

I think that this is unacceptable behavior for many reasons.

Put your foot down. He need not continue this behavior any longer. Maybe remind him of your wedding vows?

I'm so sorry. He should be home taking care of you.

Personally, it would bother me. It would bother me enough that he's going out drinking so late when you're home and pregnant with his baby by yourself! My husband would never do that to me. But on top of all that, he's staying out that late with a single girl?? Maybe they are just friends, but it still seems inappropriate. He's a married man with a baby on the way. Time to grow up.
