  2. Yes you are! Does he clean his teeth with the toothpaste or his toothbrush? think about it :0)

Let's look at it this way:  he has all kind of nasty germs in his mouth.  He puts his toothbrush in his mouth.  He swipes the toothpaste tube on his toothbrush.  Therefore, it is concievable that if you use his toothpaste, you could pick up some of those nasty germs.  Yeah, go ahead and get your own toothpaste.  

    BUT- here's how you sell it:  Honey, I got this little tube of Crest Whitening because I wanted to try the orange flavor... no, I didn't even notice you still have lots of toothpaste in that tube- the orange flavor just sounded interesting...

  4. Unless the man has been sucking the toothpaste right out of that tube, I think you are ok.  However do not use his toothbrush, and remember to change it once he is feeling better.
