My husband has a warrent for his arrest but he needs a passport!...?

i know he has to clear that warrent up first abut is there anything else that could stop you from getting a passport??

The only thing that is specified on the State Department website is owing back child support.

Owing back child support will prevent a person fro getting a passport.

Passports will be denied for the following reasons: 1. Outstanding child support 2. Outstanding Felony/Criminal Warrant (Not including Civil infractions or parking tickets) Prior Felony Conviction that prohibits international travel.
