My husband is a Mexico citizen and i m a us citizen,but we both want to go to Canada?

My husbansd is a Mexico citizen,and i am a us citizen.

We hve decided that we want to move to Canada...

Right now he is in Mexico.

Can he fly to Canada with just a passport?

What is needed,and can anyone give me any advise??

I'm not sure if the same goes for your husband, but i'm pretty sure he can go as long as he has his passport and other information that proves his identity and all.

So you and your husband wanna live in Canada illegally?  Well as a Mexican all he needs to enter Canada is a Passport, but immigration will probably want to know what the purpose of his trip is and saying I wanna move to Canada will just get him on the next plane to Mexico.  Anyways I don't know what I can say to help other then to make sure he has a legitimate story as to why he is going to Canada, same can be said for yourself.  If you want to move to Canada legally here is the website:

He may fly to Canada with just a passport as Mexican citizens do not need a visa to VISIT Canada...same for you.  However neither of you may legally work there without a WORK VISA.  If you want to "move" there, you need to apply to immigrate legally.  See site below for info on visas and immigration.

You can both visit Canada, but you cannot work in Canada or stay in Canada without going through the immigration process, which can be lengthy and costs a bit of money.  You need to study the Canadian immigration site to figure out the best approach for you in applying for a work permit or for immigration.  Best of luck with your plans.
