  1. Yes, but of course you'll need to apply for a VISA to be able to stay and work in the country.

Take a look at this site:

    Hope this helps :D

  2. unfortunately vera it isn't that simple ..

There was a case several years back where a scottish woman was actual deported and sent back to scotland despite being married to an aussie man and having children with him ... as it seems that she had never applied for resident status.

Contact the Au embassey in the UK and ask them what you need to do.

  3. Yes you can.

You need to apply for a temporary spouse visa.  This allows you to enter the country and be sponsored by your husband for the 2 year waiting period before you can apply for permanent residency.   You will be allowed to work and study under this visa.   You won't get government study subsidies or grants but you will have access to medicare (national health).  After getting permanent residency you will then have the option of applying for citizenship should you choose.  Australia recognises dual citizenship.

  4. Yes!! You two are married!! You need to take the citizens test and pass though!

  5. Yes. Your husband sponsors you.Welcome when you come.

  6. You'd have to research the country's law. (country not continent; What country is your husband from??)
