My husband is going for 25 days...(overseas) i want to lose good weight till he comes. what do i do?

i have a gym option..walk option and swimming if it wont rain.

plus... what diet should be followed?

  9. do not try to lose your weight in 25 days the sudden reduction of weight can give weakness to your body and can make you sick...do not loose weight more than 2 or 3 kg in a month.....and the best  way to reduce your weight is exercise do not go for dieting it is very harmfull.......but you can reduce the intake of butter, ghee and maida (white flour) maida makes you very fat this is the worst thing which we eat ......you have maida in biscuits,bread and mostly bakery products so avoid eating maida completly but do not avoid butter,ghee completly just take it in limit......so slow and steady always win the race.........do not hurry in reducing weight do it slowly
