wow you suck and your stupid. if your bust is a 32, its not going to go to a 38. haha your ribcage doesnt get any bigger. you might go up to a 34 with such huge b***s, but thats about all.

With implants you can't change the band size, only the cup size. Also you can only go up about 2 cup sizes in one op. So you are looking at going from a 32A to a 32C....I think that is realistic.
