I can't help you, try your local division of family and children.  Tell them your story perhaps they can help you out.  Or try a church tell them what happened.

You married him through sickness and in health.  He is sick and you lady are what you call a user.  You should be ashamed of yourself.  You should be with him to either make him better or if he cannot get better to be with him until his dying day.  You are not just a user but a loser as well.
