Having a few drinks releases your inhibitions - you allow yourself to enjoy s*x.  You may have some issues with morality or your upbringing that drinks overcome.  Your husband may also had a few drinks and "lasts longer" or does things he normally doesn't do.  Perhaps you need to do some reading on the subject or get some professional help to understand what isgoing on.

Because when you are drunk you let yourself respond more to your own emotions each second, instead of thinking about what he'll think, etc.  You also don't feel as tired because you can't feel as much, so you may respond as if you have more energy.  You wiggle around more, you're open minded about positions, and you're wetter.   It's also the only time you'll yell and moan loudly.  All of those things turn him on... causing him to perform better, giving you a better time in return.

It depends on how you behave when you're drunk. Maybe you're less of a stiff (not saying you are) and more willing to engage him. Plus if your inhibitions are down you might be more capable of enjoying it and relaxing rather than thinking about the hundreds of things running through your head normally. Could me any number of reasons why.
