  1. i would contact the company you have your internet through and ask them how he is doing this and ask them what you can do!!

  2. Get a laptop or log in to your stuff from a different computer and change your passwords from there.  Sounds like he's installed a key-logger.

  3. hmm he might have 'keylogger'.

its a software then can detect EVERYTHING you type in. Including passwords, emails, etc..

If he does have that you might be able to take your Computer plae and have them remove the software. If he has been using the same computer as you its possible. Or if he has/had access to it.

....he might even know the question you JUST asked!

  4. confront and talk with him...be very careful and try to log in without him being around...threat to take legal action...or maybe change your pass words and everything?

  5. check all of your computer data and change your all passwords.

  6. Hey!

There are 2 things I wanna say:

1st--> Please first thing you should do is NOT stress, it's obvious that you and your husband have marital problems, why don't you try talking to your husban. I don't know why you both are seperated but, at least try to talk about it. Ask him is you must " are you spying on me??? " but before i suggest you both have a real talk.

-Why (did you seperate in the first place, and why the spying)

-When ( did you seperate and when did the spying start)

Ask him sensirly why all this trouble, why should he bother you when, you live a happier life without him being in it.

2nd--> Mabye your are just over stressed from your marridge, and mabye your husband is not spying on you mabye he is doing his own thing and you think that he is haccking in your PC because he is the only person you can think of that is your true enimy ( but was your soul mate)

    good luck hope this helped

    lots of love

    C.

  7. God Bless Him

  8. there are spy software for cheating spouse,

Look at this list, and tell me which one he is using, so i can help you remove it

  9. then dont do stuff online.

  10. Could be spyware, or even a hardware keylogger. Is it a laptop or desktop? Use a password generator to make random passwords. Take your computer to a shop and have them check it out and log what they find, it is a felony for anyone to "spy" on your data.

  11. Are you sure that he's accessing your accounts? If yes then it's possible that he has installed a keylogger that your spyware detector isn't picking up.

    a) hold ctrl + alt + delete and examine the list of running applications and processes shown by the task manager. A quick google search will tell you what any processes that you're unsure of are doing. Remove anything harmful to your computer but be careful not to mess with essential tasks! Also, some spyware hides under names very similar to those of essential Windows processes so watch out for them.

    b) go to the start menu -> run, then enter msconfig to check all the programs running on startup. As with the task manager, google anything you're not sure of and remove it if it's harmful.

    c) Download and run a program specifically designed to detect keyloggers. You might also be able to find a virus scanner more suited to keylogger detection than your current one.

Again, be careful when removing applications running on your computer, and good luck :)

  12. if you are really scared talk to him if that don't work report him!

  13. He is probably just making sure that you are not cheating. You need to talk to him. Dont get a restraining order!

  14. May be you should stop cheating on him.  Admit the truth and work it out.

  15. omg... he souds creepy....

I don't know much about this stuff, but you need to ask some computer geek and find out!

  16. Stop using your computer to access your accounts and change all your passwords (obviously not using your pc) If you really wanted to find out then take your computer to a pc shop. They should be able to tell you if there was something installed or not. If there was, I'm sure you could go to the police with that information. Installing programs to steal your passwords is basically identity theft.

  17. Document, document, document.

change all of your usernames and passwords.  if you need to, buy a second spyware program or a new computer.

    notify your banks.

change your email.  change as much as you can.

document, document, document in case you go to trial.  have a separate copy of your documentation in a safe place so that you have an extra copy if something were to happen.

I would also notify the police and try to get a restraining order against him.

It is very dangerous when a spouse does this because it could turn for the worse.

    Take care of yourself.

  18. well , go to cyber cafe and change your passwords. And then close all the programs that u intend not to use. use firewall.

talk to ur partner about this.

    good luck.

  19. I really don't have an answer for you, but I went through the same thing.  All of a sudden my ex-husband was in my email accounts and was able to download all of my text messages on my phone, but I couldn't figure out why.  It's scary and the worst feeling ever.  So...I got a new computer, new cell phone - everything.  It was truly the only thing I could do to have my privacy back.

  20. i say change all your passwords....

  21. talk with him he is your husband , and he loves you

  22. I'd call the places that you have your internet thru and have them check into it and tell them he's stalking you and they should do something about it.. best of luck

  23. Maybe he wants to know whats going on with you,

    what your doing..

    who your withh, and blehhh.

The fact that hes spying on you is totally strange,

i think you should talk to him about it,

or get a better spy ware program.
