In the USA, no.  You need a cosponsor.

I'm not sure which countries you're talking about. But if your husband is British and you're wanting to emigrate to the UK,as long as you have enough money between you (£5,000 is usually a good amount) in either cash or assets,then i don't think you'll have a problem.

Mainly with the UK,they just want people to prove they can support themselves without the help of Government funding.
