  1.   I  don't  know , but  don't  bother  getting  a  lawyer  yet  if  he  has  been

in  jail  for  the  same  offense  I  will  wait  for  the  court  date  and  ask  the  prosecutor  first  what ' is  up  and  take  it  from  there,he  does  not  have a  job  so  the  court  will appoint  an  Atty  for  him,  or  ask  ;be  positive ,it  has  been  ten  yrs  and  they  might  give  him  a  break  but like  I  said  wait  till  you  talk  to  them  first,They  will  explain  every  thing  to    you.My  heart  is  with  you.  GOOD  LUCK

  2. In my state he can get a job working for a construction company.  They don't check backgrounds from what construction workers at my church told me.  Tell him to do that when he gets out.  And it would be good for him to get an education as well.  He can get an AA in certain things while in prison, which will help him to be able to get a bachelor's degree when he gets out.

Are you in the US?  Probably.  He can get a court appointed attorney.  You'll have to talk to his lawyer about length of time in jail.

My brother in law worked for a lady who owned rental properties and fixed them up.  Made pretty good money at it.  My brother in law has a pot arrest history from here to kingdom come.  Been in prison 8 times.

Something for you to think about...you could have gotten in trouble as well, for just having the pot in your home, as well as you knowing about his selling and not doing anything about it.  Any kids you have would have gone into foster care..

  3. We all know that possession of illegal substance is againt the law and the 2nd time is even verse. There is no excuse the 2nd time. Don't waste your money on lawyers. Just plead guilty and nothing can change . This time by the time he comes out of the jail you won't even recognize him.

Look for another man and start your life new. Trust me on this one.

  4. Lawyers are very expensive. To get a good one (Which is what you need) it will probably cost you around $10,000, and that figure is on the low end.

However, it's worth it if he can walk away with little or no jail time.

  5. Ya I agree with #3 answer, he CAN get a job at any manufacturing company, homes, construction, ect.  My bf is like a 13 time felon, and he works with several other felons making good money.

  6. Kick him out now while you still have the chance?

Sorry, but the line that he can't get a job yet can work for his father part-time doesn't sound right. Sounds like he can't get a job because he doesn't want to abide by the no drug policy that employers have and would rather smoke weed.

The only help needed is for you to help yourself.

  7. What state are you in

Did he get bust for sale or only possession.

Are they going to get a search warent for the computer your usingGet rid of all the guns.

  8. You forgot to mention what his bond was set at.With a history of previous drug arrests,no matter how long ago,he will probably get 10 yrs and will only serve 18 months on it and be on parole for the remainder of the sentence. That's all.I wouldn't waste money on a lawyer and just let the court appointed lawyer do his thing. He will be no better off and it will be a WASTE of money.Good luck.
