i clicked on the site they have the dvd,there are different prices but we don't understand the whole process of buying and how the item comes? mail?? is it a trust and in good faith that it works on???

You need to click on the photo of the item scroll down and it will have payment details shipping etc but if you can't pay the way they want then send them a message there is a box where it says ask seller a question. Have you signed into the site? Also to bid just click onto the bid button. Hope this helps. When going back into the site after signing in you just check out my ebay.

ebay is mainly an auction site. You place a bid on an item and at the end of its sale period if you were the high bidder , you won the item. The seller will send you an email to arrange payment , or you pay through paypal.

Once you have paid he will send you the item , either UPS or post office for a cd. You pay the bid price + shipping costs .

You may get a dvd from other sources, try a search through Google. or try amazon, the have a network of used dealers.
