My husband on parole and I wanted to take a cruise can he get a passport?

No he can't.  Plus with parol 95% of the time they are not allowed to leave the state they have parol in, and they are not allowed to leave the country.

Actually, he probably can get a passport, but it would most likely be a violation of his parole to leave the country.  He needs to talk to his parole officer ansd see if he can get permission to travel.
