If his refunds are being taken, then his stimulus will also, and his child's mom will be the one doing the spending of it.  Tax refunds, including this one, are taken if you owe back child support.

no,if he owes taxes and child support there's no way he will get a rebate and especially if his refund was taken and he still owes,no way!

trust me the money will still get spent,just not by you or him,but for the children who deserves it.
