He is now recovering with walks around the park and after lunch, dinner. But the main problem comes while sleeping. He is unable to stretch his right leg straight nor able to change sides during night's sleep. A sharp pain in the lower abdomen occurs every time he intends to stretch his legs. As such, he hardly sleeps for few hours and shifts himself to the sofa which is somewhat comfortable and tries to get some sleep. This is happening right from day one of operation. Please let me know how long this pain will remain ? Thanks.

  1. I recommend you consult with your doctor to rule out any complications. If there isn't any, then have the doc refer your husband to a physical therapist for rehabilitation.
