My husband used varnish on a laminate floor !!!!!!the varnish has started to lift!!! Can anyone help.?

Let the varnish set then tell him to get on his knees with a light scraper and hopefully, chip off the varnish.

Most laminates have a thin plastic coating, thats why you have had trouble.

the only thing you can do now is get a new floor as the laminate is already sealed so when the varnish lifts it will get damaged.

You should never put anything over a laminate floor... what was he trying to accomplish by doing that??  The flooring is already sealed, so anything you put over top of it is going to lift.

tell him hes got to pay to have a new flooring put down and old one lifted
