He said it feels like he threw "100 footballs". It's been happening for awhile now. Has anybody experienced this? Or have any clue what it could be?

  1. I have not experienced this.  But get his heart and lungs checked out.  Make sure it is not a problem that is of the serious sort.  A cardiologist can do a stress test.

  2. It could be anxiety But it could be something worse.  You didn't mention age or health history, but age 39 my husband had the same sorta symptoms  on and off for a couple of months, one time it didn't go away. Luckily I made him go to the ER. He had a heart attack while he was in the ER  He has since had 3 stents put in his heart.  I would definitely get it checked out.  If it's just anxiety then they can help with that as well. He is doing great 3 years later.

  3. Sounds like anxiety.
