My husband will not leave home/sell the business

Question

Business has been good and going for some 25yrs. Marriage has been very poor soI want out and to be left alone with the house and some cash and a car. I told him he can have the business.he plays mind games and cooks etc etc then when he drinks he yells and intimadate/scare me. Please advise.
