My i-phone isn't ringing?

When someone tries to call me on my i-phone, it either vibrates, or does nothing, I try to change the ring, but nothing seems to be working! What should I do?

hi,  u should bring it in where u bought it & tell them this & they will not only show u how to get it to ring they will program it for u with whatever ringtone u want.  bb
