My iPod 30gb white video wont charge, or turn on.

Question

i tried everything, i plugged it on the computer it doesnt light up or anything it's just plain dead. i took really good care of it too. it was working perfectly fine. i just turned it off cas i didnt wanna get it in low battery. now its like dead. anyone know how to fix it or anything that can help me? i dont have a warrant on it..we never bought one. i had it since last year i never dropped it either it was just in my purse.

I had the same problem with my old iPod 80 GB with video.

So i called the Apple Tech. Support Number and they said that i would have to send my iPod back and they gave me a brand new iPod because they found that it was a software problem.

So if you call the Apple Tech. Support Number then they will be able to help you. Their number is 1-800-MY-APPLE.
