Question:

My iPod doesn't give me the option of putting on more music...?

I've had my iPod (80GB Classic) for a few weeks now and when I first plugged it in it all went fine and I loads of music on it.

But since then whenever I plug it into my computer it says "Connected" and eject before disconnecting and then automatically disconnects before even appearing on my iTunes.

So I haven't been able to put on any new movies or music since.

Could anyone please tell me how I can get iTunes to connect to my iPod? Because I am really confused.

  1. Maybe you've used up all of your 80GB.

Or, take it to the Apple store.

You could also see the Apple website for some help.

  2. contact apple, or go to ur nearest apple shop and get them to change it

  3. If it's not full, take it to the Apple store.

  4. have itunes up before you plug your ipod in, and click on the add new tool (its not those exact words but you will see waht i mean) and before you disconect your ipod make sure you click "sync"
