  1. Lmao at that one person.

But idk I never experienced this before.

    Throw it in the garbage!

  2. Well apparently your IPOD has an emotion detector and it means you need to be more happy

  3. a sad face?

well i would try resetting it: by pushing all the buttons at the same time, or try plugging it into your computer/car charger or wall charger.

  4. Reset.

Turn the Hold on and off twice then press and hold the Menu and Center button.

If it is an ipod touch just hold down the power button.

  5. reset it

  6. Here, maybe this link will help you.

  7. go to apple.com/support , they tell you why that occured and how to fix it.

  8. I don't know, But you can call the Apple Tech. Support Number and they will deffinatly be able to help you.

    There number is 1-800-MY-APPLE.

    Good Luck!!! Hope I Helped!!!

  9. You have to send it to apple.

The same thing happened to my sister.

  10. You can try resetting by holding down the center select and menu for 10 seconds until you see the Apple symbol.  If that doesn't work (and it rarely does with a sad face error) then you have to take it into the Apple store for repair.  It usually means that the hard drive is either malfunctioning or failed.  It's happened to me four times (on two separate iPods) and every time it was the result of my daughter dropping them.  I recommend getting a case... a very big, very strong case.

  11. reset it by holding the center and menu buttons down at the same time.

  12. force restore the ipod

put the ipod into disk mode(make sure the ipod is unplugged)

    1.toggle the hold switch

    2. hold the select and menu button until the ipod turns off

3.immediately switch to the select and play button

4.your ipod should have a checkmark. if it doesn't, keep trying till you get it.

5.plug the ipod back into the computer it will be recognized as an ipod in recovery mode.

    6. i would try restoring in a different user or a different computer

    7. after trying all of these you are looking at a hardware error
