My iPod isn't charging?

My iPod nano has been plugged in for the past three hours and it isn't responding to the charger. What should I do to make it charge?

make sure that its plugged in all the way and that the plugs are in the right holes in your computer.

Make sure the plug is not damaged. Check thoroughly if you put it right in the usb hole. K? hope this helps. :)
