My iPod isnt working! Can anyone tell me why its not working. Please i dont want to buy anouther one!?

It is like it won't do anything it says i have the songs but when it plays or trys to play it says o:oo weird huh.

try holding down the "menu" and middle button to restart its system if this doesn't work try contacting apple tech support. Good luck
