My iPod stop working yesterday. ?

I tried restarting it and everything. My dad worked on it all day. The day that it stopped work it was just in my purse!!! Help Plz Faith

i somehow messed up my last two iPods and i sent them in for repairs. They ended up sending me a brand new iPod each time. I don't remember how to go about it but i am sure you can figure it out if you go to the apple site.
