My iPod won't turn on.?

I've had my iPod nano for about 4 months now and I bought it new, but for some reason it's not turning on. I had it on stopwatch, then turned it off, but it wouldn't turn on after that.

Is there any way to fix this? If not, how do I get a refund or replacement?

Thanks. :D

  1. The first answerer is right: hold down the menu button and the center button at the same time (for about 30 seconds, a little more or less) and an apple sign will appear. Then it will turn back on. This happened to me too.

  2. Try to charge it, possibly the battery was too low, or not charged enough. If charging it does not work, then i'd say take it into your nearest apple store. If the battery was fully charged then it may be a problem with the battery inside of it, in that case id say take it to a apple store. Take it in and explain what happened and they will repair or replace it. If you didn't buy apple care for it, then you have a year from the date of purchase to get it repaired or replaced free of charge. with apple care it would be 3 years.

good luck, I hope that helped =)

  3. Try holding down onto the menu button for about 3 seconds, and click on the middle button while holding down to the menu button until the apple logo shows up. hopefully this will work, good luck!
