  1. You could just exchange the iPod for a new one. They don't fix it for  free but if you want to fix it it wouldn't be for free and you would most likely do that online (Just search ipod repair). :( So i would just exchange it (Btw you don't need your receipt to do so). good luck


  2. If you are still under AppleCare you should be fine.

  3. Of course, because the warranty covers any damage, even if you BROKE it yourself XD (ea. you broke the screen, but it WILL cost Apple much, much more).

    And do you want to use all the warranty?? Can't you just fix it on your own or by bringing it to the nearest gadget repair shop?? That warranty can go much far away than just fixing the home button, think.
