My iTunes is on my lap top and I am getting a new lap top. How do I get my iTunes from the old to the new?

I do not want to have to upload all my songs, movies etc again so I am looking for a wat to get it from my old dell to my new lap top. I would say my computer literacy is about average so I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

get itunes backup from http://www.ipodtocomputer.net/itunes-lib... you can backup from one computer and restore to another, very easy to use.
