My iTunes isn't letting me purchase music

Question

Whenever I try to download a song from iTunes, a box pops up that says:

"Could not purchase "Song Name". An unknown error occured (11111).

There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."

However, I keep "trying again later," but it's still not working. Before you answer, here's some more info:

-I downloaded the latest iTunes, but that hasn't helped,

-I have a sufficient amount of money on my account,

-My internet connection is working fine,

-I have a PC,

-And please don't tell me to try other software, such as Lime Wire!

Thanks for your help! If the error persists, I'll eventually contact Apple, but for now I think the Yahoo! Answers community will be of more assistance!

It may be from parental control is on. To shut it off go under file or something and it shud be the last one. Or email iTunes

try to download a older version of itunes... then stick with  that one and play it safe like that...
