My immigration case is under administrative process from Feb, 2008. Can my US citizen wife help me in this reg

I had my interview in Feb, 2008 in Islamabad US Embassy. The visa officer had put my case under administrative process. Now, If my US citizen wife visits US Embassy regarding my case, will it be helpful to know about time frame of this process. Please send some experienced comments on this topic. Thanks

Your wife's visit to Embassy can't help you in this concern. What she can do is to be in regular contact with USCIS in Washington  monthly as they update these cases every month. I think it is waste of time as well as waste of money to visit to Embassy. Thanks

If there was a specific timeframe on these things, they would have told you. There's nothing your wife will be able to do to speed it up, again, if there were, they would have told her exactly what they wanted her to do. for now, there isn't much to do beyond continue to wait.
