My in laws are now citizen in Canada, how can they help me find a job in Canada?

They can help you find a job in Canada by first sponsoring you. Either they or you post a resume online and/or hand them out to places that are hiring in what field/position you're into but if they want to interview you, you have to be present.

Another thing is, a company to sponsor you. So they have to find one if anything.
