  1. you need to look into getting some financial advise. you may not have to lose anything if you are willing to learn how to move your money without having to make more money. visit u1stfinancial.com to get a better understanding. you can be successful if you are ready to succeed. let me know soon and good luck.

  2. Find a part-time job or better paying job, rent out a room, stop spending money on dine-outs/fancy expensive clothes, stop driving so much, stop taking vacations...

You have to choose between your home or the street.

  3. Find a way to increase your income and reduce your expenses. Good luck.

  4. Well, it might seem like common sense, but the answer is simple.  Spend less.

Here is what you do.  I did this several years ago, and managed to save over $400 a month on stuff I really did not need.

First.  Get a good idea of exactly how much you spend, and on what.  Write down every penny you spend, and what you bought.  Do this for at least one month, I recommend 3-5.

At the end of every month, tally up what you spend money on into several categories.  Be as specific or broad as you want.    I did things like, food, utilities, housing, entertainment, etc...

I was quite surprise to find out exactly how much of my money went to stuff that I really did not need.  So, I stopped buying them.  Here are a few examples of what I got rid of:

Coffee:  Stopped going to Fourbucks every day, and saved myself around $45-$60 a month.

Bottled water:  total rip off.  Get it from the tap now, and do not notice any difference.  Saved over $60 a month on that.

Cable TV:  Dropped everything above the basic plus package.  Saved around $30 a month.

Cell phone:  Dropped the monthly plan.  Got a pre-pay phone which sets me back about $100 a year, versus $59 a month.  Saved that $59 a month.

DVDs/CDs/MP3s:  Stopped buying them.  Turns out I was spending around $50 a month on music alone.  And, with 29 episodes of Seinfeld on every day, who needs the boxed set?

Lunch:  I was spending around $40 a week on buying lunch.  That's $160 a month.  I now brown bag my lunch at least 75% of the time.  Savings: $100 a month.

I will bet there are lots of little things in your monthly spending that you could cut out without seriously impacting your quality of life.  Do it.  If you can't afford to pay the mortgage, you cannot afford HDTV service, it is that simple.  Starbucks will make you broke 12 ounces at a time.

One more tip.  Before you buy anything, figure out how many hours you have to work to pay for it.  Use net pay, not gross!  That new gaming console will seem a whole lot less exciting when you realize that you have to spend a full week at work to pay for it.

    Best of luck!

  5. believe it or not first pray alot and focus,ok never mind let me tell you what I did,I pray alot and focus, the next thing I did after praying was try to come up with ideas to make money I got a bussiness license and I have been selling ice water on the road to make extra money I made $300 sat and $300 sun,I would make this daily but I have to work during the week,it is fun, sometime I feel shame because I know I really need the money but right now it's call hustling and surviving, I am a female and I'm trying to live right I use to be a stripper and I know God does not want that for me so I sell ice water on the road and make more that way.Legally
