My ink is full - why is the colour on my printer not working?

I have an HP PSC 1600; my ink cartridges are full but whenever I try to print things out, everything is really green, like the red ink isn't coming through.

I'm trying to print out pictures right now so this is quite a problem.

What can I do to fix this?

  1. Have you tryd yelling at it?

If you have and that didnt work and no one is looking try hiting it.

    Sorry I hate printer problems.

check your cables, also in the cartridges there are more than one color so one color maybe empty and you just cant tell.

  2. Well, if the Cartriges are old or Expired, The ink might be dryed up. Do a bunch of sample prints until its working correctly.

  3. If you go this website link, it will ask you what the exact problem is and you can click on the link to direct you to step-by-step directions on how to clean your printheads.
