My inno 3d 7300 gt display color quality turns to lowest?

Question

first on the BIOS display there are so many lines over across the screen then up the windows loading logo (there also lines)

My inno 3d 7300 gt display color quality turns to lowest,only 4 bit color quality.i cant adjust my resolution, i cant adjust the color quality.it just 4 bit.

I'd check my video card if there is a burn or exploded chip or something BUT there is none.

Unless it's the monitor or the monitor cable, which sounds unlikely, you have a bad video card.
