My instructions from kaiser say "go to kp.org/register. when I do that there is no place to "register".

at kp.org/register there is lots of stuff but no place to "complete and submit the requested information". So, I'm stumped! i want to register but can't seem to figure out how1

It's hard to see, but on the left side at the top, under the Members Sign On stuff, there is small white print. It's the second line under "Just Mousing Around"
