My internet Explorer 8 hangs?

Question

recently I have installed IE 8 in my Laptop. firstly it was okay. after some day it started mal functioning. whenever I tried to download any email attachments it hangs immediately ( whether from yahoo or Gmail). but if I downloads the same with my other Browser (opera 9.5) it works without any trouble. my default browser is IE 8. now even I am unable to uninstall the same. pl help me in this regard.

internet explorer 8 is still beta. It comes out officially in November this year. You better uninstall ie8. With uninstall I mean of course roll back to ie7

Get Firefox, it is the fastest browser and it has tons of plugins.

It is a good idea to have two or more browsers, in the event that one browser has problems you can immediately switch to another and continue your browsing. Firefox is the browser with the most development, Flock is great for downloading and uploading pictures quickly, Flock uses a version of Firefox as it's kernel. Opera is elegant in its simplicity. Internet Explorer is an example of how not to build a browser. Try Google's Chrome . It is cool & fast .

Switch to Google Chrome.  I did.  Smartest move I ever made. :)
