My internet: What's wrong with it?

My internet is usually 54 MBPS, and usually have Excellent connection. But today it goes to Low connection, and switches from 1, to 2, to, 5.5, to 8, to 11, to 18 MBPS and it keeps rotating...Its really slow now and i can't deal with it right now! Can someone help me fix it. Please

For some reason your connection quality is poor, which is obvious at this time but what that means is there isn't too much that can be done.  Are there any new obstacles or devices running between you and the router?  Have you tried rebooting the device and your computer?  Have you updated your device drivers recently and now it is causing a problem?  Try and consider any environmental conditions which may exist now which didn't before.
