My internet connection - it keeps shutting down?

Ok, it has been going on for two days now. My internet connection keeps turning off. It stay fine for about 1 - 2 hours and then it turns off. I try everything i can, and after about 10 minutes it comes back and after some time it turns off again! I don't know much about computer but i need help.

P.S i have a B.T connection.

you should contact your internet provider, they should be able to fix the problem. you should not worry unless your computer starts to freeze up or if it shuts down by its self. if it starts to do those two things you probally have a virus and you need to have it checked out.
