My internet connection kept on dissconecting, what happen to it ?

what can i do to fix it ??

do i need to change the router

do i need to get a new modem

unplug everything from the modem/router given by the isp first. then call them to check the line for error. if you nv remove your own eq from the modem/router, the reason they give u will be , "your pc might be infected with virus thus causing your connection to be intermittent."
