  1. Right click on the grey area at the top and turn on the menu toolbar


  2. go to the start menu, and go to run type in the website there, and they internet will open automatically and display the page

  3. use the search bars you sometimes have around the address bars, and download a new web browser, such as Firefox or Opera... since they're useually much safer than IE and faster and less prone to getting skrewed up with a bazillion ad-ons ><
