My internet exporter shuts off when I try to send an email, This on a new lap top with Vista. How do I fix it

do not use e use some thing elis i thing that the best is safar

safar is the fasts browser even faster then fire fox but if you like a lot of  add ones to your browser i will go for fire fox

If your talking about it acting like it's not on the internet and showing a "refresh" page. Then go to start,Norton anti virus,settings,personal firewall, and select to turn it off and it will ask you how long you wanna leave it off and just choose. Mine did the same thing. I'm not sure how to fix it except for doing that everytime.

Try restarting the laptop, contacting the troubleshooter's page, or reinstalling the internet explorer
