My internet is not playing sound. Anyone know why?

I am not too computer literate at all. I just know that all my offline applications will play sounds; along with my launchcast radio on my yahoo messenger. If I were to go to myspace, youtube, or anywhere else, nothing will play, and it is beginning to irritate me.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my speaker...and the audio control in my accessories is fine (already looked at that, lol).

Any other ideas?

First check sound is not mute, for it Type SNDVOL32 in run and enter.

If all ok, then try to play any music file on ur system

If ok                                                        if not ok

then reset internet settings

Make sure when you are viewing videos on Youtube..that it is not muted (common problem) also check volume settings and maybe even internet settings...
