My internet is very slow need to contact someone to fix it?

You need to run a defrag and then run a Spam remover.

To run the defrag go to My computer, right click on C: Drive then go to properties. Click the Tools tab and you will see the Defrag feature on the bottom. Close everything (including your screen saver, turn it off) and run the defrag.

After that run ADAWARE
