My internet (orange broadband) used to be fast, now its slow...?

It used to run at 6.8mbps,

but now only runs at a mere 1.3mbps.

i have 8meg broadband (wired) through livebox.

what's making it so slow?

and how can i recover my previous speed?

probably have a virus. maybe want to restart ur computer. or get new sercurity sofwarte. McAfee is good. also maybe empty ur cookie
