My ipod?!?!?! HELP!?

Question

my ipod suddenly went black and now dosent do anything!

the music wont work!

and i tried resetting it!

and i tried plugging it in to the itunes (on my computer) and it dosent say its plugged in or have the little charge-y thing on the ipod screen!

and i know for a FACT that it was FULLY charged before it blacked out!

HELP ME! :(

By resetting it, did you hold down the bottom button until the little apple symbol appeared?

im sorry but your ipod has died

i had an ipod mini

and it did the exact same thing

you can try taking it to an apple store or emailing them

but what i did was just get a new one

apple has all kinds of support phone numbers and emails, i called when i thought there was no hope for my ipod and it turns out my problem was super simple. plus if your ipod is defective the will give you a refund or get you a new one. hope it helps!

that happened to me too, i had to bring it to the apple store and they fixed it for me.

Take it to the apple store and/or buy a new iPod (I reccomend the iPod touch)

Go to the apple store. It could be just as little as the battery is die like it will not can not be recharge or the screen go unplugged. die or as bad as the hard drive broke.
